John Shannon
John's construction background is immense. Mr. Shannon was a production manager for over 15 years and has built homes from the ground up as a general contractor. He brings a wealth of construction knowledge and superior customer service to the Home Pride Team.
John served our country in Vietnam as a US Marine and he brings his commitment and service to every inspection. John Shannon is licensed in the state of Nevada and is a nationally certified Inspector with NACHI (The National Association of Certified Home Inspectors).

Kevin Barboza
Kevin brings a wealth of construction background to the Home Pride Team. Kevin was a plumber in California and Las Vegas including the Nevada Test Site before joining our team of highly skilled inspectors. Mr. Barboza's clients continue to rave about his personable and professional service and his attention to detail.
Kevin is a licensed inspector in the state of Nevada and is nationally certified with NACHI (The National Association of Certified Home Inspectors).

Will Mitchell
Will Mitchell has been in the construction industry for over six years starting his own inspection company in California in 2000. Mr. Mitchell now brings his vision and experience to the Home Pride Team. Will Mitchell is licensed in the state of Nevada and nationally certified with NACHI (The National Association of Certified Home Inspectors).
Will has been married for over 20 years with 3 daughters and is the youngest of 10 children. Will is extremely outgoing and has superior communication skills. Mr. Mitchell's construction knowledge and desire to always be personal and professional underlines the reason our customers consistently request him for their inspection needs.

Richard Rocha
Richard has a wealth of experience in the construction industry. He worked for one of the nation's top 3 home builders for over 10 years involved with the construction process to customer service. Richard is a knowledgeable and caring inspector with good communication skills. He works very well with Buyers, Sellers and real estate agents. Richard is proud to be a native Texan and army veteran. He speaks fluent English and Spanish and provides the highest level of quality service to all of our Home Pride Inspections clients. Richard Rocha is licensed in the state of Nevada and nationally certified with NACHI (The National Association of Certified Home Inspectors).

Debbie Huber, SRA
Debbie Huber comes from a family of general contractors, pool builders and commercial developers; providing her with practical knowledge of construction. Debbie completed 4 years as President of the Nevada Appraisal Commission in the summer of 2007. She is also the owner of Huber Appraisal Inc. founded in 1989. Debbie is the former President of the Appraisal Institute's Las Vegas Chapter. Debbie teaches continuing education classes and offers field trips on home inspections and appraisals to real estate offices throughout Las Vegas. She is regularly featured on television, radio and in industry publications.
Dan Huber, CRS
Dan Huber has been a Realtor® for over 25 years and a trainer and professional coach for over 20 years. Dan's business and marketing philosophy of "Client's for Life" has helped create success for Home Pride Inspections as well as many inspection and real estate related companies throughout the United States and Canada. Dan's understanding of construction, the real estate transaction as a whole and customer service provides the Home Pride Team with the tools to truly connect with our client's and the real estate community.
