When he completed the inspection, he used a fine toothed comb. He was thorough and very meticulous. I appreciated how he went through every crack and cranny, top to bottom. Once he did all of that, he took pictures and went item by item on what exactly was going on in the report. He is true professional that knows his stuff. If people are gonna try to hide things from him, he's going to find it! Very punctual, funny, and so honest. Everything was outstanding. He had all kinds of gadgets to make sure that all my appliances worked, and was even able to tell the true temperature of the house, and could detect how much moisture was coming through any leaks in my house.

We had our home inspection by Will and he was amazing! He was very thorough and professional. We loved the Homeowners book/manual he sent to our signing with our realtor, along with 'we moved' cards. Those were a very, very nice touch. Will was very thorough and explained everything that he found, even down to the chip in the countertop. He talked us through how a couple small tasks could be completed by us. If you're looking for a home inspection company, we highly recommend using them. You will be extremely happy with their service.

Kevin was my inspector on my future home. I'm a first time buyer and he was very thorough and explained everything I had questions about in ways that not only made sense but that I understood. He did not rush or make me feel like I was bothering him during his inspection either. The inspection report was also easy to understand and he responded promptly to my follow up questions regarding my report. I was very happy with the service I received !!

First time Home Buyer here, and was recommended to work with Will M. by my outstanding realtors. Will took the time to show me what all he's looking for, what looks right and what doesn't. He

There is always cheaper inspectors out there. They know their value better than we do and charge accordingly.
